David Ussishkin

Dr. David Ussishkin is a retired professor of archaeology at Tel Aviv University and co-director of the Megiddo Expedition. He served as the director of the Lachish excavations for over 20 years and also co-directed the Tel Jezreel project from 1990-1996. He has authored countless books and articles on the history and archaeology of ancient Israel and Palestine.
